“I purchased several things off of GoDuckee after lots of deliberation on what to buy. They have so many options and fun ways to customize their products. I received my items in a reasonable amount of time for having custom made items. I was a bit confused when I saw that I had some duplicate items that I didn't order multiples of. I looked closer at them and realized that they must have made the first set and saw that they were not the best quality and re-made them. Then, in order to not be wasteful they set both sets. Kind of cool that we got two. They were tree ornaments for my daughters. They were happy to have one for the tree and one to place in their own rooms year round. The only problem I had, one of the items I ordered was completely wrong. I'm guessing someone in shipping packed the wrong item. I promptly contacted customer service and they had me take and send a picture of the wrong item, confirmed what should have been sent and said they would promptly send the correct item. Strangely enough, I ended up getting another duplicate item sent of a different item and then a week later I got the item that was missing from the original shipment. I now have everything I ordered and they all look great. I'm impressed with how GoDuckee went to the effort of keeping me as a loyal customer.”

The only thing I would improve, is make the chain a little longer. I can not use my fingers enough to open or close the clasp. I just put it on and off over my head. The necklace is so beautiful. Mug finally arrived and it's great

“Hi there! I am the one who wrote the review ( but had not received the mug). My review was on the poor communication regarding shipping and the extremely long time it took to arrive. I finally received the mug today. It is just as I asked, coloring of dog and name. No complaints with the mug. Its just as pictured on website. Thank-you for accomodating my request for a more accurate color of the dog. It's a gift and I wanted it to be special for the owner. Hopefully if others order the shipping won't be an issue for them. You can delete my previous post and please accept my apology for the 1 star. It was only in response to shipping after numerous go arounds with customer service. I ordered in plenty of time to give as a gift on a specific day. Sadly that didn't work out as planned, but I will still give it to her even though it's late for the occasion.”
