We want you to love your gift. This policy explains when refunds, replacements, and returns apply.
1. Personalized Items
Most Giftanding products are made to order with the names, photos, or text you supplied. Because they cannot be resold, personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
2. When We Replace or Refund
We will replace or refund your order if:
- The product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
- The product differs materially from your order (wrong product, wrong personalization due to our error).
- The package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier.
3. When We Cannot Refund
- Personalization typos, misspellings, wrong dates, wrong names, or wrong photo selection submitted by the customer.
- Color variations within reasonable tolerance for printed products.
- Buyer's remorse — change of mind on a personalized item.
- Orders refused at delivery without prior arrangement.
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
- Email support@giftanding.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (for damaged or defective items, include photos of the packaging too).
- Our team responds within 2 business days with next steps. Do not ship the item back until we confirm — most cases are resolved without a physical return.
5. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post the credit to your statement.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel a non-personalized order any time before it ships. Personalized orders enter production within hours of payment and can only be cancelled if production has not started — contact us immediately.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
For packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but missing, first check with your neighbors and household, then file a claim with the carrier. We can help you open a missing-package case but cannot replace packages confirmed as delivered without a completed carrier investigation.
