3. Products and Pricing
- Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. Colors may vary slightly based on your screen and the materials we use.
- Personalized products are made to your specifications. Please review your customization carefully before placing the order — we cannot remake personalized items because of a customer typo (see our Refund Policy).
- Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept the order when we send a confirmation email. Until then, we may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, the price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.
5. Payment
We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the order total, including shipping and any applicable taxes.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Personalized items require additional production time, listed on each product page. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the carrier. Lost or damaged shipments are handled under our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on Giftanding — including text, images, designs, logos, and code — is owned by Giftanding or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission. By uploading images or text for personalization, you confirm you have the rights to use that content.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
- Upload personalization content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties.
- Submit hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content for personalization.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with their operation.
We may refuse to produce orders that violate this section without refund of personalization fees already incurred.
10. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Giftanding disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the site will not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
