Returns & Exchanges
We want every Gifthub order to arrive looking exactly how you imagined it. Because each item is personalised and made to order, our return policy is a little different from off-the-shelf shops — please read it before you order.
The short version
- You have 30 days from delivery to start a return on a defective or damaged item.
- Personalised items can't be returned for a "changed my mind" reason — they're unique to you and can't be resold.
- We'll arrange a free replacement or refund if the issue is on us (misprint, wrong colour, damage in transit).
What qualifies for a return
- The product arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
- The print does not match the design you approved in the live preview.
- The wrong product, size, or variant was shipped.
- It never arrived, and the carrier confirms it's lost.
What does not qualify
- A change of heart after we started production.
- Personalisation typos that match what you submitted at checkout.
- Minor colour differences between your screen and the printed product (these can vary slightly).
- Damage caused by improper use, washing, or storage.
How to start a return
- Open a ticket from the Help Center within 30 days of delivery.
- Pick Refund / return as the category and include your order number.
- Attach clear photos of the issue (the defect, the packaging, and a wider shot for context).
- Our support team will reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label or, when a return shipment isn't required, instructions to dispose of the item.
Exchanges
We don't run formal exchanges — instead, we'll refund the original order and you can place a new one with the corrected details. This keeps production queues straightforward and gets the new piece moving faster than a swap would.
