About Us

Gifthub started in a Brooklyn apartment in 2019, with a hand-lettered birthday gift that the recipient cried over and the giver couldn't stop talking about. We wanted to build a place where that moment was easy to make happen.

What we do

We design and produce personalised gifts — engravings, custom prints, photo books, embroidered apparel. Every item is made to order, after the customer has approved a live preview of the final design. Nothing is mass-produced and warehoused; nothing ships unless someone wanted it for someone specific.

What we stand for

• Real personalisation, not a name slapped on a template. Our editor lets you change layout, colour, fonts, and imagery — not just type your name.
• A short supply chain. We work with a small number of family-owned studios across the US and EU. We pay them on net-15 terms, no haggling.
• Honest timelines. If a piece will take an extra day we say so on the product page, not after you've checked out.

The team

We're a team of 14 across product, design, support, and logistics. Half of us live in the cities our studios print from — that's deliberate, so we can walk in and see what's coming off the press if a customer flags something.

Where we ship

Worldwide, with on-the-ground partners in Brooklyn, Cleveland, Lisbon, and Melbourne. Customs and import duties are handled by the carrier in your destination country (see Shipping & Delivery).
