Interest Pod is Fantastic

“I had a problem. I had asked in the notes that my ornaments be made using the whole picture. The Customer Care Team said that I didn't enter any notes. I answered them with a hateful email that I most definitely did enter notes. After my email I got an email telling me that if I don't check out right away that the notes don't show up on their end. The problem is that their system hangs up and I can't get checked out right away. They do go by the notes if they receive them. I'm not sure how to handle the note issue going forward on future orders, which I will definitely be making. After it was explained to me how the notes got lost. I said that I am so sorry for the emails that I had sent and I want to apologize again. There's a new baby who will be born later this year and I want to treat the parents and grandmother to some beautiful ornaments made by Interest Pod. Thank you ❤️ Interest Pod and thank you for taking care of this issue of using the whole picture so quick ❤️ I'm lucky that my husband found me two metal trees to display my beautiful ornaments.”
