Welcome to Gifthub. By using gifthub.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or place an order. By placing an order you confirm you can form a binding contract under the law of your country.

2. Account

  • You're responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your password private.
  • Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, or abuse our support team.

3. Orders and pricing

  • Prices, taxes, and shipping are shown at checkout in USD (unless your locale shows otherwise).
  • We may correct pricing errors before shipping. If we have to correct upward materially, we'll cancel and refund the order before charging the new amount.
  • Personalised items are subject to our Cancel or Change Order window. Once production starts, the order is locked.

4. Personalisation content

You are responsible for the text and images you submit:

  • You confirm you own the rights to any photo, logo, or wording you upload.
  • You won't submit content that's defamatory, hateful, sexual, infringing, or otherwise illegal.
  • We may refuse production of any order that violates our Community Standards at our discretion, with a full refund.

You grant Gifthub a limited licence to reproduce your submitted content only for the purpose of producing and shipping your order. We don't reuse your content for marketing without separate permission.

5. Intellectual property

  • All Gifthub site content (logos, copy, designs, photography) is owned by Gifthub or used under licence.
  • You may not scrape, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the site or its data.
  • The personalised products you order belong to you once delivered.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." We aim for uptime and accuracy but don't warrant the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Production timelines are estimates — events outside our control (weather, carrier outages) can shift them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Gifthub's total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost gifts, emotional distress, etc.) beyond replacing or refunding the order itself.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York — unless your local consumer protection law gives you the right to your home forum.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
