Refund Policy
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. The exact timing depends on your bank, but most customers see the money within a week of approval.
When we issue a refund
- The item qualifies under our Returns & Exchanges policy.
- You cancelled an order before it entered production (see Cancel or Change Order).
- We can't fulfil your order for any reason on our side.
How fast does it land?
- Approved on our end: immediately — you'll get a confirmation email with a refund reference.
- Credit / debit card: typically 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- PayPal: usually within 24 hours.
- Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay: routed through the underlying card and follow the same 3–7 day window.
If it's been more than 10 business days since we confirmed the refund and you don't see it, contact your bank first — they're usually faster than we are at locating a pending credit on their end. If your bank can't help, open a ticket and we'll dig in.
Partial refunds
We occasionally issue partial refunds — for example, when one item in a multi-item order is defective but the rest is fine. The refund is calculated against the affected line, including its share of any applied discount, plus a proportional share of shipping if the whole package needs replacing.
Original shipping costs
- For returns due to a defect, wrong item, or carrier loss: original shipping is fully refunded.
- For cancellations after a label has been printed: original shipping is non-refundable because the carrier has already been paid.
